Gary Mathwich - Director

I'm Gary Mathwich, retired. Married, wife Helen, 2 children and 2 grandchildren. I was raised on a farm with 2 brothers and 3 sisters for the first 18 years of my life. Started going to dirt car races after I got my drivers license. Also did a little drag racing when I was 20. I went to technical school for electronics. Two months after graduation I was drafted into the U.S. Army. Yes, there was still a draft then! I retired from Sears after 32 years. I did the car show thing with my 1968 GTO for a couple of years, but that got old fast. I started drag racing again at 60 years old and I now have another family because of it, my "DRAG RACING FAMILY". Drag racing keeps me young!
